Press Release Body = Los Angeles (June 21, 2007) - Spurred on by the success of their chapters worldwide and interest from local businesswomen located throughout the Los Angeles and Orange County areas, Wild Women Entrepreneurs (Wild WE) is launching a chapter Los Angeles.
"The mission of the Wild Women Entrepreneurs is to have women taking care of business on their own terms. These women are fearless, fun and fabulous. They are able to take the risks needed to be the Wild Women they are without compromise," says Ja-Naé Duane, president and founder of Wild Women Entrepreneurs. "We're excited to offer the opportunity to women in the Los Angeles area to become part of our growing community of more than 5,000 members."
With a focus of enhancing the business climate and quality of life for the benefit of its members and the greater community, the Los Angeles Wild WE chapter expects to provide additional business networking, educational programs and roundtables within the area, in addition to developing projects that will improve the business environment.
In addition, Cynthia Butman, a Long Beach resident, has been named city leader of the Los Angeles chapter. Butnam is a business consultant specializing in prepaid legal services with 28 years of experience.
"I\'m really anxious to see Wild WE become known as THE place for successful women in the L.A and Orange County areas," says Butman. "There are so many self-employed people in this area and I see a real need for the community that Wild WE provides. I'm excited to work with successful women and to be part of such a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated group."
